This is the class for those who are confident on hoop and want to take it further.
If you can’t make a levelled class, you can still come to a Mixed Ability class, where the teacher will tailor to your level.

What to Wear

Please wear long leggings to ensure comfort and safety during your class.
Jewellery:

Important Information
Zero Minutes Lateness Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class, you will not be allowed to attend a class if you have missed the warm up, as it is not safe.
We operate a 24 hour notice of cancellation policy.
