Created and led by Melissa – founder of London Dance Academy and creator of Splits Therapy. This class targets key muscle groups involved in the splits, including the hip flexors, hamstrings, adductors, and glutes.

Melissa is the CEO of London Dance Academy, with over 2 decades of experience in Yoga, anatomy and a broad range of other dance and fitness-based disciplines. She is the creator of Splits Therapy (her signature class) which she teaches regularly at London Dance Academy, as well as workshops and international retreats in a variety of styles. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class, you will not be allowed to attend a class if you have missed the warm up, as it is not safe.

We operate a 24 hour notice of cancellation policy.
